American United Global, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it has changed its name to "Solar Thin Films, Inc." As a result, effective today, the Company"s new symbol will be (PINKSHEETS: SLTF). The change of name and symbol reflects the Company"s recent acquisition of Kraft Rt., a Hungarian corporation ("Kraft") and its new focus on the photovoltaic industry. Kraft is an equipment manufacturing company headquartered in Budapest, Hungary engaged in the design, development and manufacturing of equipment utilized in the production of thin film based photovoltaic modules.
