Solar Night Industries Announces New CEO

SAINT LOUIS-- Solar Night Industries announced today the hiring of Tim Corbet as the company"s CEO. Corbet, business development, marketing and geo-marketing consultant, brings over 30 years experience of helping enterprises grow their business by strategically utilizing his senior sales, branding, and marketing experience. Corbet has a distinct and varied background from having worked with Fortune 500 companies in marketing, product and general management to heading small and medium size enterprises. Corbet"s pedigree in brand management includes Hallmark Cards, Crayola Crayons and Buster Brown Shoes. He is a former COO of two companies and has headed business development, strategic planning, product development, marketing and market research during his tenure within these organizations.

"Tim"s strong background in product development and marketing will greatly benefit SNI as he works to strategically guide our growth in the ever-expanding field of renewable energy," says Jason Loyet, President of SNI. Tim joins SNI from Sextant Consulting. He has worked in the renewable energy sector for a number of years, including the early stages of Solar Night Industries. He has both domestic and international experience in sales and contract manufacturing, which dovetails with this emerging sector. Tim is a graduate of Westminster College, B.A. and earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri.
