CALGARY, June 15 / Dynetek Industries Ltd. ("Dynetek"), Calgary, Canada, a leader in developing, producing and marketing lightweight compressed natural gas (CNG) storage cylinders and compressed hydrogen storage cylinders, announced today that Mr. William Kenneth Kovalchuk M.B.A., C.F.A. has been appointed to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Kovalchuk is based in Montreal and is President of Claret Asset Management Corporation, a portfolio management firm specializing in providing investment expertise to private individual investors, their holding companies and foundations. Mr. Kovalchuk is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University and a M.B.A. degree from McGill University. In 1984/85, while completing his M.B.A., he attended the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in Paris.
Mr. Kovalchuk held senior positions with a number of financial institutions including AMI Private Capital, Newcastle Capital and Burns Fry Limited. He is also served as past President of the Montreal Society of Financial Analysts and was the CFA Institute"s (CFAI) Presidents" Council Representative for Canada.
