Monday July 31, 7:30 am ET

PENNINGTON, N.J.-- July 31, 2006--WorldWater & Power Corp., developer of proprietary high-powered solar energy systems, today announced the completion of a $677,000 rooftop photovoltaic (PV) system for Valley Car Wash, Inc. of Van Nuys, California. The customer will receive a 42% rebate of the full installation cost from Southern California Gas Company.

"This was a challenging, field-engineered, custom-designed system which was integrated into the existing facility without interrupting Valley"s on-going operations," said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman of WorldWater & Power Corp. "Car Washes use plenty of energy and we have supplied a system which will help Valley - and in the future other car washes - help manage those energy costs."

Since the beginning of the year, WorldWater has completed several other commercial and residential installations in California, New Jersey and Delaware, including: Atlantic County Utilities Authority (NJ); Cocopah tree nurseries (CA); DuPont (DE) and the Idyllwild Water District (CA). The Company has many other projects in pre-engineering or under construction, including: Farm ACW (CA); Liberty Science Center (NJ); L.A. Baking (CA); West Pico Foods (CA); Voorhees School District (NJ); Richard Stockton College (NJ); CIT Fresno (Center for Irrigation Technology under the auspices of California State University - Fresno) (CA); St. Joseph"s School (NJ); an architectural model mansion in Rancho Santa Fe (CA); and a commercial building installation in Sewell (NJ).
