19.4.2007: Meldung: AlgoDyne scheitert beim Landkauf in Saskatchewan

LAS VEGAS, AlgoDyne Ethanol Energy Inc. ("AlgoDyne" or the "Company") (OTCBB:ADYN - News) announces that due to the restrictions contained in the Saskatchewan Farm Security Act, it was unable to complete the acquisition of 800 acres of agricultural land in Saskatchewan as previously announced in its press release of April 12, 2007. In addition, it will also not be able to proceed with the acquisition of the 3,000 acres covered by the letters of intent described in its press release of April 12, 2007.

AlgoDyne is actively searching for other areas in which it can acquire agricultural lands and is searching for interests in other ethanol projects in Canada.
