Transmeta Appoints Patrick V. Boudreau as Senior Vice President of Human Resources

Transmeta Corporation, the leader in efficient computing technologies, has announced that executive Patrick V. Boudreau has joined Transmeta as senior vice president of human resources.
"I am very happy to be working with Pat again," said Arthur L. Swift, president and CEO. "Pat and I worked together earlier in our careers and I am delighted that he has agreed to bring his career experience and professional expertise to our team."
Boudreau brings more than 28 years of experience in human resources to Transmeta. He has served as senior vice president of human resources at Cirrus Logic, Inc., and as the vice president of human resources at both Fujitsu Microelectronics and Trilogy, Inc. At Trilogy, Boudreau was one of the six original founders and during his tenure he staffed the company to 600 professionals in more than six countries. Other prior experience includes president of PVB Associates, a management consulting and executive search firm focusing on the technology sector, and director of international human resources for the Amdahl Corporation. Boudreau is a graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute in Toronto, Canada.
