23.10.2003: Meldung: Solar Energy Systems Among Top Three Fastest Growing Manufacturers
Solar Energy Systems Ltd (SES) has been named one of Australia"s top three fastest growing manufacturing companies in the 2003 BRW Fast 100 Index, the nation"s definitive list of rapidly expanding small and medium-size companies.
Anthony Maslin, SES Managing Director said: "We are delighted to have qualified for BRW"s prestigious Fast 100 list, which marks a milestone in our company"s history. The development of new technologies, expansion of our existing businesses and the exceptional efforts of SES staff have greatly contributed to the company"s growth over the past three years.
"Our focus will continue to be making our customers happy by delivering to them the lowest life cycle cost solution for remote area water pumping, purification and power.
"We believe ongoing improvements in this area will continue to improve the quality of life of all of our customers, and in turn will provide all of our stakeholders with excellent returns."
Amanda Gome, BRW Emerging Companies Editor said: "The Fast 100 List is in its 12th year and acts as a pointer for many of tomorrows big companies and business leaders. Because of the 200 employee limit, many companies on the 2003 Fast 100 list will later progress to other BRW lists (such as the BRW Top 1000) in the future."
SES has increased revenues by an average of 52.26% over the past three years, resulting in a 56th ranking overall.
ABOUT SES
SES was established in January 1999 and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in December 2000 after a successful $5 million initial public offering. SES manufactures and installs innovative solar water pumping and purification technologies used in the agricultural and mining sectors, by remote Aboriginal settlements and by foreign aid groups.
SES has also recently launched a Consulting Services and Project Management business to provide sustainable water and power solutions to both the domestic and international markets. A third business, Solar Energy Systems Infrastructure Pty Ltd is currently involved in marketing the world"s only solar powered reverse osmosis unit to remote areas on an international scale.
