24.8.2006: Meldung: Solco sign Agreement to Re-capitalise Company

The Company has concluded the sale of its 19% share holding in the Portuguese company Solco Europe Lda.

Solco Ltd will receive ¤177,500 for its holding and has agreed to the purchase price to be received in instalments up to December 2006.
