25.12.2003: Meldung: WorldWater Named Exclusive PV Systems Supplier for 1 MW California College Contract

PENNINGTON, N.J.-- Dec. 23, 2003--WorldWater Corporation (OTC BB:WWAT) announced today that it has been selected the exclusive supplier of a one megawatt PV system for Cerro Coso College"s solar photovoltaic construction project. The selection was made by Contra Costa Electric Company of Bakersfield, CA, which won the contract from the Kern Community College District earlier this month. The full construction contract amount, payable to Contra Costa Electric Co., is $8,963,053 for the program, by far the largest such system for a community college. Construction is scheduled to start immediately. The overall project currently is projected for completion in June 2004.

Cerro Coso College, part of the Kern Community College District, is located in Ridgecrest, CA.
