CECO Environmental Corp. (Nasdaq: CECE - News), CECO Environmental Corp. announced today that it has been awarded four significant new contracts.
The first, with a value of approximately $2.75 million, is for the design, fabrication, and installation of a complete ventilation and pollution control system which will ensure clean air in the plant and provide required pollution control for a new foundry on a greenfield site in Central Mexico.
The second contract, awarded to CECO"s newest subsidiary, CECO Abatement, is for the design, fabrication, and installation of a regenerative thermal oxidizer for the control of VOC"s (Volatile Organic Compound"s) generated from a rubber manufacturing facility in the Midwestern United States. This contract is valued in excess of $1.6 million.
The third contract, valued at approximately $875,000, is for a ventilation system for a Midwestern Steel Mill.
The fourth contact, valued at over $500,000, is for a dust control system for the coal handling operation of a major Midwestern Utility.
