29.3.2007: Meldung: AAER - Correction to news releases regarding Fuhrländer

AAER Inc., as recently issued a number of press releases incorrectly identifying itself as the exclusive licensee of certain wind energy technologies developed by Fuhrländer Services GmbH & Co. KG ("Fuhrländer").

More precisely, the said press releases were issued on January 17, 2007, November 22, 2006, November 20, 2006, November 7, 2006, October 5, 2006, September 18, 2006, May 31, 2006, May 17, 2006 and April 26, 2006.

Please be advised that AAER has not entered into exclusive licensing arrangements with Fuhrländer or Fuhrländer AG but has instead entered into certain limited and non-exclusive licensing arrangements with regard to certain Fuhrländer wind turbine technology.

Fuhrländer is a pioneer and a world leader in wind energy technology which licenses wind turbine technology to many different parties worldwide.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion which the incorrect information included in the press releases prepared by AAER has caused.
