DayStar Technologies: Approval From NASDAQ
DayStar Technologies, Inc. has submitted its response to hold an annual meeting within one year of the end of the Company's fiscal year ending. This response was submitted to the previously announced, NASDAQ staff determination letter of non-compliance of listing rules, which included the requirement to file a Form14A. The company has established the date of the annual meeting as well as the filing of a Form 14A to be held on March 14, 2013. NASDAQ's letter further states, "if at any point before the hearing the Company believes it has regained compliance with all criteria for continued listing and can evidence an ability to sustain compliance with those requirements over the long term, the Company should notify its Listing Analyst and also inform the NASDAQ Office of General Counsel, Hearings (Hearings Department). If the Listing Analyst determines that the Company has regained compliance, the Hearings Department will advise the Company by letter that the hearing is canceled."
The hearing will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the law offices of:
