Green Energy Resources: Expanding in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia

Green Energy Resources Inc. plans three (3) new ports. Two of the ports are located in New Jersey, one in the Philadelphia vicinity, and the 3rd on Long Island, NY. The two New Jersey ports are expected to be operational within 90 days and the Long Island, NY port, before year's end. The ports will be utilized for tug and barge operations up and down the East Coast and inland waterways to transport wood biomass. The Linden, NJ facility can handle deep water vessels for export as well. Two of the ports are fully equipped with conveyor loading systems and the Philadelphia location has indoor storage warehousing for dry wood. The New Jersey locations can handle over 50,000 tons monthly and the north shore Long Island facility, approximately 5000 - 10,000 tons. Green Energy Resources looks to become the world's largest supplier of clean dry urban wood waste streams.

Green Energy Resources offers carbon credits, urban forest management plans, site and supply consulting for power generators, carbon sequestration strategies and has its own stringent Urban Tree Certification System (UTCS). The company utilizes and recycles pallets, fencing, trees, and storm damaged wood, alleviating pressure on urban landfills. The company is looking to create partnerships with recyclers, transfer stations and waste management companies to source wood supplies.

Green Energy Resources CEO Joseph Murray continues to encourage and thanks all loyal shareholders who have converted street held shares into stock certificates.
