Amsterdam, the Netherlands - Ifco Systems N.V. (the "Company") has been informed that its majority shareholder Brambles Investment Limited ("Brambles") has commenced the squeeze-out of the remaining minority shareholder of the Company under Dutch law. Brambles holds 98.85% of the issued ordinary bearer shares of the Company (the "IFCO Shares") and wishes to acquire the remaining IFCO Shares.
