During August 2012, 200,240 OCEANEs (convertible bonds) have been converted. These conversions reduced by 3.1 million euros the maximum amount to be reimbursed on January 1st, 2015 in case of request from all bondholders. This maximum amount is now 125.8 million euros.
The conversion of 200,240 OCEANEs resulted in the creation of 865,036 new shares. The share capital as of August 31st, 2012 thus comprises 64,885,834 consolidated shares.
