Welwind Energy: Projected Revenues for Zhanjiang Wind Farm
Welwind Energy International Corp. announces the following projected revenue of Phase I of the Zhanjiang Wind farm project.
Construction began last year with the arrival of one 750 kW wind turbine which will produce enough electricity to power more than one thousand (1000) homes. The company's build out of forty-nine (49) megawatts is the first phase of a six hundred (600) megawatt wind farm. The following yearly projections are based on the historical wind speed for the area of Zhanjiang.
The figures reflect projected financials on a 49 megawatt install only.

The following numbers are based on 7.5 cents U.S. per kW-h. Current negotiations for the PPA are estimated at 10 cents U.S. per kW-h. The Company also anticipates using an 850 kW turbine instead of a 750 kW turbine for phase I build out which will further increase projected revenues.
The company plans to complete a 50-year Power Purchase Agreement and will have all the tools required to completely finance this first 49 MW of development.
