Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Carmanah Technologies Corporation (TSX: CMH) (“Carmanah” or the “Company”) announced the voting results from its annual general and special meeting held on June 23, 2014.  The shareholders voted on and approved all of the proposals:  (1) the election of the directors of the Corporation, (2) the reappointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Corporation, (3) the approval of the Company’s stock option plan, and (4) the approval of the acquisition of SOL, Inc.
