Futuren carried out the partial redemption of its convertible bonds

According to the effective terms of its convertible bonds (1), FUTUREN carried out, on January 2nd, 2017, the partial redemption of its convertible bonds in an amount of €1.702 per bond and the payment of the corresponding half-year interests.
As from January 2nd, 2017, the new terms of the convertible bonds are as follows:
New par value: €10.062
New conversion ratio: 1 bond for 7.266 FUTUREN shares
New coupon: 3.613% per year
As at December 31st, 2016, 6,084,905 convertible bonds were outstanding. Following the partial redemption, the maximum redemption amount associated with these bonds amounts to only 38.5 million euros.
