Futuren SA: Conversion of the OCEANEs held by the EDF Energies Nouvelles

The EDF Energies Nouvelles group converted the 5,916,569 OCEANEs it held as at July 5, 2017, on the basis of the temporarily adjusted conversion ratio of 8.16 shares per OCEANE , and received 48,279,202 new FUTUREN shares.
Consecutively, the EDF Energies Nouvelles group held, as at July 14, 2017, 231,055,585 FUTUREN shares, representing the same amount of voting rights, i.e. 83.95% of the share capital and 83.71% of the voting rights of the Company.
Following this conversion, the share capital of FUTUREN consists of 275,214,652 shares with a par value of €0.10 each.
The ongoing Simplified Public Tender Offer initiated by the EDF Energies Nouvelles group on the shares and OCEANEs of FUTUREN will be open until July 19, 2017 inclusive.
