SHANGHAI - JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. ("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a global leader in the solar PV industry, announced that Mr. Arturo Herrero, the Company's Chief Strategy Officer, has resigned for personal reasons. Effective January 1, 2016.
